Concerned with social responsibility towards the Community we live with, extensive focus has been given on child education and woman empowerment on our CSR Policy. Besides, community work has also been undertaken for improving health and education in general.
CSR Policy
Objective:
Through sustainable measure, actively contribute to social, economic and environmental development of deprived sector of the society, particularly in the area of education, health care and sanitation of children.
Committee:
A committee to achieve and supervise the objective has been setup comprising of Chairman, Managing Director, four and other Board/Non Board Members with assigned responsibilities.
Responsibility:
- Monitoring the project on a regular basis.
- Communication to all employees the activity in this respect and would try to involve as many employees is possible for such activity.
- To report the status of the Project from time to time. On Completion of the project, committee will submit the final report to the board covering on benefit and cost per recipients of facilities.

Company distributed PPE Kit (consisting body cover, gloves and sugar strips) to Civil Hospital and Municipality Hospital at Valsad.
Company Distributed Medicines to local villagers.

Company has provided Industrial R.O. Plant of 100 L, P, H, Capacity to generate pure drinking water for children.
Dialysis Centre
Company helped in setting up a dialysis centre for poor and needy people at Vile Parle(West), Mumbai under Rotary Club of Bombay Airport.
Navi Nagari Prathamik Shala, Abrama, Valsad

Company provided Ceiling fans for Library in the school.

Company provided computers, furniture and UPS system for the students of the school.
Educational Assistance to Children
Company provided a substantial amount as educational assistance for children of the workers on a long term basis.
Community Hall, Adivasi Ashramshala-Maswan, Thane
Company provided full financial support for the new community hall for the underprivileged children of the Adivasi (tribal) School
Mukhya Kanya Primary School, Dhobivad, Valsad
Company provided 8 additional stations for the school's computer laboratory which is utilized by students from Class 6 onwards. Provision includes computers, computer tables and chairs and a central UPS system for all the computers.
Khokra Phariya Primary School, Pardi, Valsad
Company provided 4 additional stations for the school's computer laboratory. Provision includes computers, computer tables and chairs and UPS systems for each of the computers.
Sri Sarada Math, Mograwadi, Valsad
Sri Sarada Math is the women's wing of Ramakrishna Order. The center in Valsad was established in 2000 and initiated various activities with prime focus on underprivileged women and girls by providing them basic education and vocational training for a sustainable development alongside character building.
Company has provided 10 additional stations to accommodate the increased demand which includes computers, computer tables and chairs and UPS system for the computers.
Cheshire Home, Mumbai
Cheshire Home Mumbai provides comprehensive need based services to children and adults with disabilities which include provision and/or facilitation of special education, inclusive education, physiotherapy, aids and appliances, corrective surgery, vocational training and employment assistance.
Company has contributed towards the Tailoring Unit under their Special Mothers Empowerment Programme.
Kumar Shala and Kanya Shala School, Valsad
The company set up a computer training lab consisting of 20 computers, a projector, a science lab consisting of different modern scientific instruments and a library with books to fulfil the requirements of students. About 450 students of Kumar Shala & Kanya Shala will be benefited by this CSR project.
Adivasi Ashram Shala , Maswan, Thane
Company contributed towards complete construction of toilets with modern facilities for children and staff members at the above tribal School comprising of 300 children.
